Refund & Cancellation Terms
Once web development, campaign setup, or digital consulting officially commences, service fees become strictly non-refundable due to allocated direct labor. Custom digital assets cannot be returned after initial electronic delivery.
Clients may submit written cancellation prior to official project initiation for a full refund. Approved refund claims are issued back to the original payment method within seven business days.
Service Terms & Ownership
Clients must provide required brand assets and timely feedback to ensure project progress. Full intellectual property ownership of custom website code and design assets transfers exclusively upon receipt of final payment.
Agency liability is strictly limited to total fees paid for services rendered. All contractual disputes and legal interpretations are governed exclusively by the laws of Montana, USA, under jurisdiction of Missoula County.
